A few months ago in Saket Court Mr Deepak Kumar (additional Director AMR ) and nephew of accused Ram Chander Soni had in all his swagger boasted in Hindi that ‘paise waale hain, chooth jaayenge’ meaning that we are moneyed people and we will go scot free. 3. NEW DELHI: A special court on Monday directed a senior officer of the economic offences wing (EOW) to supervise the probe in a case involving directors of real estate major AMR Infrastructure Ltd, accused of duping 200 investors of crores of rupees. It said that keeping in view the gravity of the offence and its impact on the number of investors, it would be appropriate that the case be investigated by a senior officer. The matter should be supervised by the deputy commissioner of police concerned of the EOW. Special Judge Kamini Lau's direction came during the hearing of a bail plea of one of the arrested directors of the real estate firm. According to the complainants, they were induced in 2006 to invest in the project located in Greater Noida and the firm had also assured returns on the investments. Rc Jewellers made a big scam in field of real estate with name of AMR Infrastructure.

i am ashamed to let you all know that I have invested in I-Holmes back in 2009, I did not give them full amount around of around 300k-270k but it was a construction linked loan. First the agents disappeared, a couple of years later when I visited India I was told by a lady in the Karol Baghdad office that they will handover the flats in 2010 which became 12, then 13. In 2014 when I visited their office in sector 18, these Gary's were bold enough to ask for more money so that they will allot the flat #. Obviously I did not pay (once bitten twice shy). Their accounting is also flawed, the amount sent via wire transfer is not what is credited (but at least they committed that funds were transferred). Bottom line, they are not trust worthy, this was my first investment in India and indeed a complete disappointment. I am not sure if I will get anything back from these crooks but shura would like them to be accountable for their actions. They are not honest and tell lies ...
