Rc Jewellers made a big scam in field of real estate with name of AMR Infrastructure.

i am ashamed to let you all know that I have invested in I-Holmes back in 2009, I did not give them full amount around of around 300k-270k but it was a construction linked loan. First the agents disappeared, a couple of years later when I visited India I was told by a lady in the Karol Baghdad office that they will handover the flats in 2010 which became 12, then 13. In 2014 when I visited their office in sector 18, these Gary's were bold enough to ask for more money so that they will allot the flat #. Obviously I did not pay (once bitten twice shy). Their accounting is also flawed, the amount sent via wire transfer is not what is credited (but at least they committed that funds were transferred). Bottom line, they are not trust worthy, this was my first investment in India and indeed a complete disappointment. I am not sure if I will get anything back from these crooks but shura would like them to be accountable for their actions. They are not honest and tell lies ...

AMR Infra to invest Rs 1,200cr on township at Gr Noida Agencies , Agencies : New Delhi, Wed Feb 08 2012, 11:58 hrs Realty firm AMR Infrastructure today said it is developing an integrated township at Greater Noida with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore. "The 25-acre project includes IT office space, residential units and a shopping mall. The shopping area will be a kind of adventure sports mall, where over 45 kinds of activities will be offered," AMR Infrastructure Managing Director Kapil Aggarwal told reporters here. Asked about investment, he said, "The total cost of the project is Rs 1,200 crore. We have already put in Rs 600 crore". The company would fund these investments through internal accruals and sales to customers, he added. AMR, which is part of Delhi-based R C Jewellers, would develop 10 lakh sq ft of IT space, while the adventure mall will be constructed in an area of 10.5 lakh sq ft.
